HR Partner Czech & EU, EU Amazon Transportation Services (ATS)


 
  • A degree.
  • Fluent in Czech and English language.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and familiar with the Czech Republic labor law.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Experience in customer facing roles or with frequent stakeholder interactions.
  • Experience in analyzing data and creating reports.
The EU ATS HR Partner team is a newly created organization centralizing HR support for +2000 employees in EU. The team is devoted to creating a best-in-class employee and manager experience. The HRP CZ role with be responsible for (i) supporting circa 200 employees and managers with HR queries/problems on a timely manner, (ii) managing HR admin tasks, (ii) becoming the local HR expert and developing functional expertise on other HR subjects to advice the EU HRP and/or HRBPs team, (iii) driving process optimization. This is a start-up organization with multiple opportunities to learn, experiment and build standardized/scalable processes and whilst the core of this role will be for Czech Republic, there is potential to expand support within other EU countries.

Key job responsibilities
  • Provide employee and manager support on HR topics (eg: HR policy guidance, performance management, compensation queries, employee relations escalations, documentation, etc)
  • Execute employee administration (incl. Time and Attendance) is managed accurately and timely (e.g. vacation planning support)
  • Collect and input data, provide metrics through reports to the HRBPs and Operations/business leaders
  • Support employee facing events, like onboarding and new hire orientations
  • Own process optimization projects, both local and EU wide
A day in the life
A core part of your responsibilities will be taking care of daily employee and manager queries. You will deliver the highest quality of service to our internal and external customers (employees, managers and HRBPs). You will provide solutions to problems and admin support as required by the HR process in a timely manner and manage your stakeholders communications fluently for a best-in-class experience. Additional work will involve supporting performance management processes, handling Employee Relations queries and drive projects that could touch topics like manager/employees education or refreshers (for instance on policies), process optimization or automation.

About the team
The HR Partner team is a newly created organization that centralizes HR support for +2000 L3-L6 employees and managers in multiple EU countries for the Corporate and Surface Transportation organizations under EU ATS. The team is devoted to creating the best employee and manager experience using Panorama interface to track cases.
This team is in start-up mode and there are multiple opportunities to build synergies, test solutions and create. This brings multiple exciting learning and development opportunities to the HRPs team.
