We're looking for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in implementing and advancing data solutions for our client. If you have a passion for working with data, experience in data integration, and knowledge of the financial sector, then this role is tailored for you.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS PROJECT?
- Implementing Enterprise-scale Data Integration and Ingestion Solutions using Big Data Technologies.
- Contributing to an agile Team, which is committed to the fast delivery of high-quality results using the tool stack for ETL, Data Integration and Big Data, together with international colleagues.
- Supporting the Lifecycle of the existing Data Integration applications.
- Transforming the existing tools / frameworks to a holistic “Data-as-a-Service” platform.
THIS PROJECT & POSITION REQUIRE:
- Implementation of Data Solutions for Group Finance / Corporate Functions.
- Develops, maintains and tests Data solutions “bottom-up” from source (e.g. legacy / mainframe / near real time) to destination (files / interfaces / Data marts).
- Building up and Improving the Data Solutions for Finance (e.g. IFRS17; Financial Transactions Repository).
- Implements Change Data Capture pipelines enabling using real time data feeds (e.g. Kafka)
- Improves DevOps routines and procedures.
- Builds data processing systems and ETL pipelines in the Hadoop Ecosystem (Spark, Hive, HBase, Impala, Nifi, et.al).
- Contributes to Data Governance in terms of enabling Data Lineage, Data Cataloging and Data Modeling.
- Works in a highly motivated interdisciplinary team with different Business stakeholders, Architects, Data Engineers, System Engineers and Data Scientists from both Business and IT.
