Medison, a global pharma company on a mission to provide patients around the world with faster access to life-saving, innovative therapies, is seeking a dedicated and skilled NetSuite Logistics Consultant / Implementer to join our team.
As our NetSuite consultant/ implementer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of the information system, with a focus on optimizing the supply chain and distribution processes.
Your expertise will contribute to the success of our mission of saving patients' lives by facilitating the distribution of the latest treatments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across 4 continents and over 24 countries in a rapidly growing organization.
Requirements:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining NetSuite logistics modules.
- Strong technical skills.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple logistics projects simultaneously.
- Experience in NetSuite finance modules – Advantage.
- Experience within the Pharma industry - Advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, Implement, and Optimize Supply Chain Solutions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and configure NetSuite to meet organizational needs effectively.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for logistics-related initiatives, including scoping, planning, implementation, and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide System Support: Act as a key point of contact for internal clients regarding system queries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation to enhance overall efficiency.
- Custom Reporting and Metrics: Develop reports and metrics within NetSuite to support decision-making and enhance business processes.
