This person works closely with a team members from different parts of the world discussing stakeholder engagements, shaping ideas and narratives that align with Global Business Solutions priorities and business value drivers, promoting a consistent and positive stakeholder and employee experience and bringing your best self to each deliverable and team interaction.
The position requires strong collaboration skills to guide staff and leaders through stakeholder and internal communication needs and consultancy. This also comes with kindly raising questions on proposed ideas and feeling comfortable challenging with respect and providing facts and feelings when expressing an opinion.
Position responsibilities:

This role assists and maintains high-quality standards across all deliverables and editorial essentials: strategic message development, video scripts, articles, presentations, story writing and social media copy with impactful narratives.Conduct periodic performance reviews with markets and service providers, as applicable, in coordination with content owners.
Support interview sessions with subject matter experts and others across the organization to inform on messaging, branding, content visualization and story writing.
Conduct and assemble qualitative and quantitative research with stakeholders as needed.
Help translate technical language into plain language for clear and consistent communication.
Manage internal communication platforms and channels from content design to execution in a co-creative, self-managed team.
Support key events and stakeholder visits in topics of customer communication, from planning to execution and evaluation.
Enable and guide the communication strategy creation to internal stakeholders and advise on the measure plan.
Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of AP Stylebook’s rules and guidelines
Advanced English as a second language (C1 and above)
Versed in collaborative platforms (Canva, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, or similar)
Oral communication skills to facilitate group sessions and events with multiple speakers
Ability to produce clear visual content to achieve desired results following the Corporate Branding Guide
Proven experience producing communication materials from end-to-end, including writing and arranging talking points, collecting leader’s intake and content creation for internal audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with a high ability to collaborate across multiple teams, cultures and stakeholders
Able to work effectively –and at speed – across functional and geographic groups
Able to work independently to deliver proposals for the team and integrate feedback from others along the way
The ability to articulate sound consultation delivering the voice of the customer to leaders and colleagues in the organization
Ability to manage conflict and rely on feedback constructively
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
High-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
Education
- It requires a bachelor's degree in Communication or related disciplines with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with internal & customer communication.
