As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for growing our digital services in an international setting.
Your impact
- Support the Service & Service Line Owners in ideation, growth opportunities definition and calculation of business cases to enable implementation of new business opportunities within the highly dynamic Viessmann Digital User ecosystem
- Work closely with the different countries to analyze the business situations on a strategic and tactical level and convert into actionable insights for the Service Owners
- Proactively find new value streams, support the transition to recurring revenue growth and work to enhance the paid usage of the digital offerings
- Design and execute data-driven business initiatives from the ground up and implement your ideas together with the service teams
- Internationalization: Analyze and ideate business opportunities in different market segments throughout the key markets regarding scalable business models and services for customer value creation, customer experience and profitability
- Condense complex analysis and market realities into clear and realistic end-to-end strategies
- Aligning of individual growth opportunities with the respective P&S
Who you are
You have a great understanding of business figures and the ability to analyse and draw conclusions from them. With your excellent communication skills, you enjoy working in partially remote and international team-settings and possess the following qualifications in order to be successful in this position:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of Economics or similar
- Min. 3 years of relevant work experience
- Sense of emerging markets and trends
- Analytical skills to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Organisational and project management skills
- Problem solving skills embedded with customer centricity
- Proficient in German and English
